If you've been here before thanks for coming back and for all your input and support. You've asked for more about what I do, so I've added new info on page 4 (Training & Nutrition).
If this is your first time, my name is Scott Trout. I am a former WNBF Pro bodybuilder making the switch back to the NPC. After 5 years as a Pro I am going after bigger fish in the NPC where they are much less restrictive tword there competitors working with supplement companies, magazines and other opportunities. Now I can work more with my friends at Geared Up Nutrition and there great products. I have taken 1 1/2 years off from competition to make this transition and the time off ( as you will see) did me wonders.
On Oct. 27, 2007 I WON the NPC Texas State Championships Middle Weight Class. Which qualified me to compete at the NPC Nationals Nov. 16-17th. This is the biggest amateur show in the country where I placed 14th. Being that this is my first time at this level I'm very happy with my placing. I was one of the tallest guys in the middles and barly made the 176.5 lb cut off so to compete at this level I'm going to have to be a light heavy weight next time around.
