Thanks to everyone that followed my blog for the Nationals is was great getting feedback while I was out there. I'm going to continue to keep up with my blog to post any day to day events and progress pics. It's just much quicker and easier to do there than here being that I can do it from my iPhone.
Well the 09 NPC Nationals are in the books and I was an amazing show! There were 550+ competitors! For those of you that didn't keep up with my blog I didn't make the top cut. I was the smallest guy in the class altho was was told my conditioning was on par with some of the best. All and all it was a good experience. I met some great people that I hope to continue to call my friends. Had a few photo shoots altho my usual crew wasn't able to make it so I don't have my usual stage pics to post, but between the shoots in FL and with Geared Up Nutrition before and after the show I got some great shots.
I can't thank Geared Up Nutrition for there support. Without them none of this would have been possible.
Also thanks to The Muscle Factory Gym on Thousand Oaks for giving me a new home after my move to there side of town. It's great to have a HARD CORE gym to train. Really looking forward to my offseason workouts there!

Nutritional and Fitness Consultations
With my 20 years of training experience and 15 years of contest dieting experience I have learned allot about training and nutrition. Working with Dr. Joe has taught me a new approach to diet. I have also studied many other approaches, because everyone's body is different and requires a different approach to maximize fat loss and muscle gain.
I have had many inquiries on nutritional and fitness advice. I have helped many competitors as well as everyday people reach their goals. If you would like help in reaching your goals let me know I'd be more than happy to help you get where you want to go (pics will be needed). I will take what you are currently doing and make adjustments giving you exact Caloric / Protein/ Carbohydrates/Fat needs (and yes you need some of all of them). As well as food choices to reach these numbers, and times of day to arrange them. Contact me for rates. Together we can transform your body to what you want it to be.
Next year he's comitted to getting the win.
Get ready for '11 NOW
With the contest season all but over (if you are a competitor) it is time for most to focus on there off season diets (as I am). I hope you are taking full advantage of this time to fuel the body for as much growth as possible over the next few months. The 2011 season will be here before you know it. Remember to insure you maintain that added muscle your contest prep needs to be 16 to 20 weeks out from the show. The more gradual the prep the less muscle you will loss. Enjoy your off season and don't wait to long to start your prep. If your in need of guidance off season contest prep or both don't hesitate to contact me.
